We live in a numerical age. An age of binary, hexadecimal, calculators, wavelengths, telephones, microchips, computing and beyond. That is not to say the past is not number knowledgeable, far from it. It is just that numbers are so pivotal now in our day on a subconscious level, does it mean anything though for our civilisation as a whole? Is it a danger, a concern, a critique, a commodity perhaps?
Analysing people with mass numerical based systems, it's very interesting. At the most grounded level numbers are what we measure how much we are worth as we in this day and age see six digit sums are nothing if not nine, ten or even eleven digits. The irony is we the ordinary Joe are on most likely five, with a house of six digits. However, all this materialism with numbers is not the criteria of numbers I believe we should be looking at. We should understand our species now separates numbers and numerology a bit like religion and science. They are now two different ideals instead of one, which they were for millennia, which makes people believe they do not run parallel. We must acquire sacred knowledge, numerical knowledge of past theorems and number philosophies. Our sacred ideals are in believing in certain sequences, certain ratios, certain formulae and certain mathematical conclusions of our past incarnations of ourselves.
We do not see numbers as this anymore, this leads us to wisdome and knowledge to have a numerical revolution. To create new knowledge, new sacred numerology beyond the system default base 10 we have known to love and admire. We should leap into the mathematical unknowns, the post numbers and the neo-Arabic system.
We are the revolution.
We are tomorrow.
We are the new age.
